Full patch notes are released 2 or 3 days before reset I think, I would guess they will be out on wednesday, so wait until then to get all the changes.
Chances are there won't be too many big changes this time around since they are working on a bigger update that will come out later this year as stated earlier in this thread.

How long new season does? As i understand 2.0 comes this winter.

YES but I heard it may take longer this time to fully finish 2.0. Maybe may/june then?

It's a realm patch, so non-ladder is included.

So nothing for SP at all? Any particular reason for that? My ping is absolute ass on TSW so I play on SP, missing out on content just because of that sounds extremely lame.

How are you missing on content if you are not intended to have it in the first place? Think of it this way.
