twitch streams update:
- reimplemented streams display with the new twitch Helix API and now functions again
- streams will now be displayed with a thumbnail as well as stream title
IMPORTANT: all you need to have your stream listed in the homepage is to have either "Median", "MXL" or "Sigma" (case insensitive, without quotes) in your stream title. Setting account in the forum profile is no longer needed.

twitch decided to be nice and dropped support for their previous api, one month later - a new inhouse app is finished from scratch which will supply both forums and discord.
