looks cool.
One thing i noticed.
On my end those two Fields are only working and are highlighted when hovering over the lower half of the buttons but not the upper half. The others are working fine.
Maybe the spacings of the red bars is kinda random but for it seems it was intended to match with the different links.
If this is not intended: Looks weird to me
If it is intended: does not seem to fit

div.mainlogo has a larger height than the div it's in and blocks some of the button target area for me on firefox
(if the text is subtly off, it's my global style applying line-height: 1.4 everywhere, whereas yours is closer to 10/7)
