Its not this time. 2.4.3 is updated but no notes. Seems its only Ranibow goblins / Gayshire.
I don't know why they gave Magic Missiles an enhancement ability to increase its range of action, instead it would make more sense for the Hunting Banshee ability to have an enhancement ability that increases its range of action or the search radius of the banshee.
