Plug some numbers into the calculator.

Sacred leather gloves, quality level 90 -> even at item level 1, the affix level is 81.

The lorenado proc has a maximum affix level of 50, so you can't roll it on sacred or even tier 4 gloves. For tier 3, ilvl 74 is the highest. Tier 2, ilvl 65. Tier 1 gloves will depend on the base but it's 50-59.

For 2nd question i think drop rate are the same no matter how many ppl on ur game as of patch 2.2

Is there a good way to ram up magic resistance for paladin? I have 0% Magic Resistance and Atanna hit me too hard! Also is she more tanky when hit by magic damage (Rising Dawn)?

Magic resist is intended to stay close to 0. There's a few sources like Sacred Armor (or whatever the new name is), lotteried amulets, and enchanted crafts, but for magic damage fights you're mostly supposed to just use your life pool, whatever means you have of restoring it, and good old fashioned footwork.

Atanna's magic resistance is her lowest.

Wereowl is squishier than a toddler's taint. May not be so bad if it were at least a glass canon, but it doesn't do any damage either. Took 30 minutes to kite Andy around in Hell with full TU's and max res. Just pathetic.
