This happened to me also. I just kept restarting the launcher and eventually it self corrected after like 6 or 7 times. I would suggest doing this but don't forget to rt click shortcut and give admin privileges.

Rejuvenation potions... you can't even cube 2 let alone 3 to make a full one. Full rejuvenation heals 13% up to 15k life per second regen mana 200% can we make this like the old moon cookies skill from melee sorc way back when where it heals instant? Can we make this were we can cube 2 or 3 rejuvenation to make a full one. Rant over thanks.

Nah, it's an old crafting potion drop from throw tree passive which didn't get updated after the potion became 3-stack.
Goblin is unrelated to it.
