I mean right now it's useless to all but one. It [the initiate skill, not necessarily bloodbath] should be useful to most instead of useless for most.

So you want... the dual claw bloodbath skill to be useful to all classes, but useless to one?

I think Bloodbath ought to be in the dual claw tree, since it is so specific to a single type of Assassin build. It's useless for claw/shield, knife/shield, naginata, and not that good for ranged claw/claw spellcaster builds either.

Innate skills should be a defining feature of the class that are accessible by the majority of builds. I don't think they ought to be main monster-clearing skills (because then why bother using actual skills which need skill points or oskills that need specific gear), but they should be powerful buffs or debuffs.
