What mechanick uses the brimstone? I just realized that Necro also can get double brimstone skill boost. I'm enjoing now avalanche totemancer, and want to try brimstone as well.

Brimstone creates a trap that is either activated when a monster stepps into or after time. It deals fire damage. It's the same skill Daystars in act 2 use.

Is it a multihiting spell? Just trying to figure out how it's viable as a heroic killer.

You could try dual wield assassin:

Just a general idea of the possible build which i played last patch. And you use bloodbath - initial skill for buff up. Noctule skill just tears up bosses apart. For crowd control - barrier strike.

I have never leveled a sin or a druid all the way.
dual claw sin could provide the new gameplay experience rush i m looking for. :-D
So far Necro, UHC and Sin, this is great, i'm gonna start on the Sin since that's my least played (understatement) char in median mod. (i somehow thought her squishy).

At the moment I don't know how you came to that build.
Any melee Sin requires blink badly, a few points at least. Otherwise you are just trying to copy another class, it doesn't work that way. No, the assassin has not many defensive tools and low hp, without blink you are just food, unless rushed through and then ubergeared, duh.
Way of the Gryphon without points invested is useless. Might aswell take beacon.

Paladin in general makes a lot of underappreciated spells work super well 'cause Superbeast :P

Earlier in a tcow run I did, I saw a Paladin running Ring of Fire. Remember that skill back in the day before it was removed? Well now it's like Kraken Stance - much better as an oskill rather than a main skill. 4 frame casting for massive dps and spell damage.

Ring of light deal 25x times damage per second in circle shape.
Aiming with it abit tough, so holy caster in the past is more about casting + luring enemy around.

It have high potential damage like stacking brimmstone, depending on how long the duration of the spell.
(I remember we can spam it until overflow)


Potential wise, I think it lacked of range / burst dmg compared to brimmstone.
But I remembered that it was one of the best skill in holy caster tree (during searing glow, RoL, Wrath, Rising dawn and either brimmstone or holy trap? (non range brimmstone trap))
