I tried to run with krys gloves, 75% melee slow, one item caps it, but that 10% ctc cone of cold fucks you over sometimes, so it is not reliable.

This fight is still kinda random, sometimes dodges 5x in a row. Sometimes stops teleporting, spams totems forever. It takes lot of rng to go your way, even if you play well.


I have acrafted balanced axe with 25% slow. I believe 25 is the cap. Nas crafted runes also can get 1% slow melee target. I assume slow target and slow melee target stack, so if you're using the throwing axe for melee attacks (laz fight for example), then you should be able to get a decent amount with triune + crafted weapon + crafted jewels.

For uldy, the Nas crafted jewels will be useless, so dunno what to do there other than get other items with slow target.

Some TU's have a good amount of it, I believe.

I don't think they stack. I remember reading from somewhere that they at least overwrite each other same way as "slow attacker" does. Otherwise crafted axe with 20% slow + 6 Zod runes would do the trick.

Yeah if that was the case it would be quite easy.
You also want to do it without using 10 different items 5% slow each :D
In case of void 1 item covers slow, item has no proc, so it seems to be the best by far.

i tested it and its pretty confusing when hes slowed, really hard when youre not used to it because suddenly the times that hes going to jump dont work anymore. like you walk into a position where you KNOW it in your gut that he would normally jump but he doesnt and ow just runs out lol.

but then again in the large area in the upper part of the level is pretty ok for keeping him in 1 spot for a moment and let him summon totems far away just to get 2 hits in every now and then. definitely fun to experiment with

Yeah I noticed same thing, if he sits there slowed, and surrounded by grupies, you can't refresh OW or purify him.

Here's my unfinished/outdated stats page, slow section (mostly from the amazing amazon basin wiki which you all should read):

It explains some of the stacking mechanisms.
the 4 different types of slow % are the same source, so they override each other.
Slows Target by % overrides Slows Melee Target by % if both are used at the same time
the part about duration that I wrote is slighty wrong, check the amazon basin for the correct info

and yeah, attack speed and movement speed slow are actually separate, but slow reduces them by the same amount. slow stacks with skills reducing them (to a minimum cap of 15% and 25%, stacking different sources bypasses the 50% slow cap for bosses)

on an interesting and unrelated note, do you know levels 121-125 have additional benefits like a greater chance to hit monsters and lower chance to get hit by them, since the formula is partially based on the level difference between the monster and player?

Nice, wish I knew about that amazon basin site. It does explain aerial's point.. though I don't understand the point of having 90% slow cap, if the cap is 15% and 25% respectively.. 75 would cap movement and 85 would cap attack speed.
Seems a bit OP, maybe there should be no skill slow?
As far as void's point, it claims to be a server side vs client side issue.. did you notice desyncing while doing this? Was it on single player?

Sorry, wasn't referring to your setup, I mean it seems stupid that the cap for normal enemies is 90%.

good news is that you can outwalk groupies, the real annoyance happens when laz starts summoning totems, because it makes it pointless to pin him down lol

with the slow you can move him into the world nexus lol. its a bit rng when he teleports but if you know hes gonna teleport you got like 2 seconds to enter the portal, which might be pretty reliable with some practice. its not that great imo but its still interesting to consider
