If i take 2 my chars 120+ lvl in one game just to share items between em its count as multilog? I will get ban?

Yes. Mule in Hatred games only and don't farm levels/items in those games.

How can I get rare amulet with Lightning Arena oskill?
I'm playing bow amazon in Terror A2 but It's really hard to kiting (especially in small,sewer maps) so I keep dying..
I found Lightning arena skill could help me a lot but I have no clue how can I get that ammy :s

Since you can't re-roll them, I believe just hoping you find one randomly is the only choice.

Hatred fauztinville drops high enough ilvl jewelry. It's pretty easy. Try farming there.

The info on the doc needs to be more clear on describing the crafts ect. would love to see some vids on describing this stuff. so i am confused on a few things. but here is a few i need help with.

1. Upteir with just arcane crystals it looks like it just ups the str recuirements and may be the min and max damage thats it. does not improve the magic "blue suffix"

when upteir with arcane crystals and a rune, i didnt see any differences. can someone tell me what exactly this does.

2 Shrine Blessing.
the doc says this
"A variant of shrine crafting, this recipe allows you to impart the blessings of the shrine unto an existing sacred item. This adds the shrine modifiers to the item and subtracts 1 charge. You can only use this recipe once per item, so choose your shrine wisely.

Rare/Crafted/Honorific Sacred item + Shrine + Arcane Crystal → add shrine bonuses + Shrine (-1 charge)"

What does this mean exactly. i understand the Shrine and arcane crystal and shine used one charge.

Note you can reroll blue amus. If you don't care about other stats - that's the easiest way to get it. That's how I got mine.

I know that runewords are like two items for the purposes of caps. (mo cap, ed cap, etc...)
Does jewels count as the first item (base) or the second item (runeword)?
Also, does the bonus of the rune itself apply? Or does it get overwritten with the ruenword bonuses?

Counts as base item but there are no jewels with +ed or? All RWs give the rune bonus or more. But I think it should get overwritten if the RW didn't have the bonus.

as per ur second question, u get rune bonus added to the runeword.
