you either make new game or you use dark summoning until he spawns from it

It has 5 crafted zod jewels then the Yul, but it's not giving the runeword abilities

Yes. The item base is of magic quality. It must be a regular base (white text, but the socket properties give it black text).

Is there a list of item mods, and what item level (I assume level required=item level) they can start rolling at? I seem to remember there was prior to MXL17, but I can't find one now.

What gear should I be looking for as a Wolf druid? Currently have all SU gear, lvl 120. Harbinger gets 700 damage after nimmen buff. Just a quick run down of mandatory mid-game/late-game items I should be looking out for?
