I was wondering whether there's some kind of conventional wisdom as to when one should grind to level 121 (or even higher). The payoff seems barerly worth the grind required right now and with how often I'm dying unrecoverable deaths it's not gonna happen by accident. Just looking for some simple heuristics that worked for people in the past, such as "after you got 500 signets" or "after you're stuck on ubers" or something like that.
Also, any tips for the actual process? Cow level seems like the best choice. Playing a caster/trapsin. Would you say it's worth sacrificing killspeed for +experience (e.g. Lum craft jewels)?
Also, is the death penalty the same as in regular Diablo II (10% of the experience bar afaik)?

Should have probably 75% of charms at the least to make it easier.

Destruction Cows with greater experience potions (perfect emerald + tp scroll in cube makes 3). Some charms give experience gain. Kill speed > Experience per kills unless it's something like 50% xp gain (eternal RW body armor) or some Xis RW with 80% xp gain (which wouldn't make sense since you need 121 to use it). Player count in game will help with the experience, so definitely go for kill speed and survivability. It'll take anywhere from 40-70 dcow runs depending on how often you die and how many players per game, etc. make it quick with kill speed, not an extra 1% xp per kill

Does +% posion MO work for paladin's plague passive? Which orbs would work best for a plague-dragonheart-rapture-incarnation build? I have 70k defense at level 83 and have destoryed everythingon p8, even 2-3 shotting the boses/challenges while leaving p8 on but i got to a3 terror and now my defense and 80+% element resistances arent working anymore and im not doing enough dmg im using finish terra and glowskull for -18% enemy posion resists

Shouldn't be too much different. Lemures got a buff for improved targeting and speed.
