It was removed. Why would you need one?

Oil of Absolution was removed. If you want to respec you either have to use Akara or find a Belladonna Extract. It's a rare drop from any monster, starting in act 2 terror.

no. but u can buy single scrolls if u move ur tome out of ur invetory or if they r full when u buy the scroll
