What is the highest elemental spell dmg and -enemy res when shrine crafting? And then what is the highest value of shrine blessing.

The values were recently changed and we do not have the updated affix list, we'll have to wait for it to be completed. It takes a lot of time. But I think it's been increased since the -enemy res MO's have been removed.

Its been decreased actually, lesser effect its -10% max now, was 15

Trying to roll a magic item to rate with the recipe of
Magic item + oil of enhancement + rune
But it's not working I was going by a guide because I was trying to make sacred crafted gloves but the rare recipe won't work. What am I doing wrong here?

So is there a cap to -enemy res or +spell dmg?
