I might have gotten something mixed up but D2Stats is the program that has the drop alert right? I saw a thread on here that I can't find now that had screen caps of higher item drops being announced on screen. I can't figure out how to make it do that though. Also can't get the drop filter to work. I press the home button and it says its toggling but nothing changes.

Press home then alt to keep name of items always appear, press alt again to disable it. You have to press Shift and Home at the same time to use drop filter, If it doesn't work, try to download dropfilter.dll and install vcx86 again

No, not to filter low items from showing, or to toggle alt instead of holding it, I mean it announced as a line of text like if someone was typing things, when high end items drop, like I said it might not even be the same program but I saw it in a thread here and now can't find it.

Edit: I guess what I should be asking is, how do I turn on the notifier?

Edit2: Nevermind, I was using an older version that didn't have the notifier in it

It's true, also your block chance is cutting down to 1/3.

"While it's commonly said that defense = zero when running, this is not true. You are much more likely to be hit while running, but the actual game mechanism is that the entire to/hit formula is ignored, and that any attack that can hit will will deal damage.

The difference is that by ignoring the to/hit calculation, factors besides defense, such as Clvl and Mlvl are ignored also. Thus low level monsters that would often miss a naked high level character who was standing still, will usually hit that same character, if they are running (even if they have on heavy armor)."

the realm only runewords still exist? i was checking the storm zon(XVc) and it says the best weapon is a runeword staff that turn you into sorc...this would be a shame coz i dont have a good enough internet for multiplayer

Regular mystic orbs can now be cubed up to 5 times

Does it mean that each orb can be used max 5 times on one item?
