where can i find YSHARI SANCTUM now?

1: Laughing ghost is not spell. It's range wdm attack. So yes it will work.
2: 60% is max with superior items.
3: Max is 350%. Some uniqs and rw can pass this limit.
4: Idk if it's still possible but it used to be before.
5: Iirc all crafted items have ilvl 99. Correct me if im wrong

5. iLvl is determined by a few factors but using d2 stats and hitting the DEL key while hovering over the item ingame will display the iLvl ingame.

6. Barbarian is one of the worst blockers ingame outside of gladiators dominance. Without that uberskill, it's not even reasonable to attempt to go for max block. With it while using a barb shield runeword which gave me an additional 3% block (2 from the runeword and 1 because im using my class specific shield), I think i needed around 2400ish dex to achieve max block? This is with % attributes and a shit load of charms and dumping a moderate amount of points into dex.

What do I do if I win an auction and the seller won't respond to messages?

What am I missing about the barb skill "Shamanic Trance"?

I have it lvl 14, and it says "+3 maximum spirits".
However, I can still only summon 2 of each Spirit. Is the only way to increase the number of Spirits by items, or how?

You have to buff with SHamanic Trance. It's not a passive skill

What is the slicer blade oskill? What does it look like, I'd like to see it in action!

your character throws a fan of blades in front of him/her that stay there for a few seconds, same as some of the vampire mobs in act 3 for example. its a terrible oskill unfortunately.
