Nope, the spell sucks ass completely. Best single target killer for sin... Hard to tell, I would guess it's Noctule > Wynchwind > ATMG > Crucify > Batstrike charge 3 if you add spells then it gets more complicated but electrofield sentry should be first place and slicer blade last.

Everytime i look at you profile pic i ask myself why havent i given Torment a spin yet.
For my question : Last patch the 15%ed MOs were still 15%. Shouldnt they provide 30%ed now since MOs require +4 lvls? Or was that intentional since cap is now 200%?

For a summoner build, how much attack rating do you actually need for your summons? Any # I should aim for for areas like destruction TA/k3k?
