Charsi? Crafting only works on rare sacreds , vendors do not sell sacred gear. So you have to find one yourself , or trade it with someone else who has it. Unless you mean Charsi as in the imbue quest.

Where do i farm shrines the best. Drop rate were changed i understand.

Terror/Destruction Fauzt drops them like candy. Or you can also try tcows , they drop there with some frequency.

what does unseelie curse look like? I have 2 rings with it and hear darkness falls but is there a visual effect?

Enemies affected will turn blue (they will also move extremely slower)

I'm getting way (like a ton) more essence than runestones. Is there a specific floor that's better for runestones?

Essences drop more often than runestones as per the drop rates. Runestones drop the same on any floor. Just RNG.
