OMG .What a disappointment ,i thought i just got something really cool.

actualy the fact that it sometimes drops is a bug . in order to get the horadric cube you first needed that scroll , but since you allready got the cube when you create the character , the scroll has no purpose anymore .

I asked this question a few days ago but didn't really get any responses. What are the procable skills that can freeze enemies like glacial nova does?

What items can get a "double roll" when crafted with - enemy resist shrines? I've gotten a pair of -15 enemy lightning resist gloves before shrine blessing, after it came to 21%. I noticed belt can get the double roll aswell, but anything else? I tried boots, no luck I don't know if it's possible.

Either gloves are treated like body armor, or it makes no sense to me.

Ornate
One-Handed Weapons, Armor (except Body Armor):
-(3 to 8)% to Enemy Lightning Resistance
+(2 to 8)% to Lightning Spell Damage

Two-Handed Weapons, Body Armor:
-(5 to 15)% to Enemy Lightning Resistance
+(2 to 15)% to Lightning Spell Damage

But i've also got -11 belt aswell, tried for more no luck. Very weird.

EDIT: I did this on ilvl1 (cube recipe) sacred gauntlets, plated belt. Would this affect anything?
