Be honest please. Is melee necro as bad as people say it is? I want to make a summoner necro but wanted to level is as a melee necro and maybe end up keeping it if it wasn't too bad. Everyone talks badly about melee necro. Anyone test melee necro with the set?

and set bonus with high proc chance, some slow, a lot of defense and max health, rw speed, blink without needing a switch. It looks good to me but does anyone have experience as melee necro at all?
