get the latest patch (v1.1.2), it should address the string error with npc dialog / runeword name.

report here again if it still the same.

the thing is how do you got 1.1.2 if you play SP and with D2SE

what wrong with it? Im not talking about diablo v 1.12a, im talking about median 2017 patch 1.1.2
I play latest version download from here : viewtopic.php?f=25&t=17828

1. Replace all files in median 2017 mod folder : d2/mods (cant remember but where is d2se saved their mod)
2. Modify plugi.ini to include mxl.dll
3. Make sure mxl.dll in default d2 folder (where d2se is) have latest mxl.dll (usual problem with crash when exiting town)
4. d2 installation is 1.13c so I can use d2stats

Steel Crushers in act 5 (dunno where else they are, but they're in the Nihlathak levels) need nerfed a bit. I have 300+ poison resist, 85 max. Even with the rust storm curse and my lowered defense, they're basically an instant death with poison for some reason. It's pretty insane.

Intended or not, you should at least be able to have a chance to kill them in melee range.

I've always thought the same thing. One hit from them is always instant 1HP with their insane poison damage.


It would be nice if the Charge skill that ALL the frogs use wasn't a "never miss" attack with instant knockback and temporary stun too.

it hardcoded d2 mechanic that charge can never miss.

i just a bit weird about steel crusher. by logic they use charge mechanic as well (prowl clone = slow charge + high poison dps)
but for some reason even we melee them, they can still trigger high poison dps (unlike the old zon version where if you melee = no poison)

I've noticed while muling that if I leave the game with one toon and the other shortly after, the second one will crash(within ~5 seconds). This also happens if I create a game and leave right away. I've never had this happen prior to this patch.
