You can use Charsi to imbue an item to create a rare. Otherwise, you'll have to find one.

Rare rerolling is removed besides crafting. Oil of Renewal still works on white/gray/blue.

Those are string errors. Don't mind them. As for the 'secret jewelword' you'll have to try it out to see what reanimate you got. I heard it was supposed to be a Fallen but I'm not sure if they're all the same.

Yes it is. Maelstrom hits so often that it triggers on striking procs a lot and it even hits enemies off screen.

The easier Ubers are all doable with only a crafted balanced knife (shadow blade on striking stuns enemies and causes a good amount of magic damage) a crafted assa shield (for +4 assa skills—> more damage) and a +3 all skills circlet. Rest is TU gear (the armor with arrow on striking, featherclaw, lionpaw and some belt that helps wdm builds.

For bosses either use whichwind (if they stay at one spot) or the 1-point 2nd skill in the throw tree (for mobile enemies like ancients in destruction)

im currently doing uldy, just killed the mephisto and the nephalim won't leave the portal so it can open to next room =(( so close to end, dont wanna start over

try dark summoning and keep on killing , maybe it'll fix it. if not then yea start again

You can use wychwind on things like the ancients just fine. Find a pillar to throw them on or throw them at the ancients then just keep circling around so they stay inside the fire.
