I just started median XL 2017, with a fresh install. Akara Doesn't have any oils or orbs for sale so where do i get them?

Check other NPCs like charsi and gaheed

after killing diablo on destructiopn i get swirlies around me, what are they for ? didnt find anything about it!!

They're for the Void uberquest. You'll need it along with the Into The Void oskill from Seal of Darkness found in Cathedral of Light to open the portal to Black Abyss.

Hi, i'm new to the game and recently I reached one of my character (sorceress) to level 83.

I've been recently trying to figure out how to do the "Enread challenge", but can't figure out why I can't cube the charm with a jewel to add bonus "before level 80".

Then I keep moving on to terror mode and defeat Death projectile and manage to add bonus to the gem.

Like the challenge says, you need to be no higher than level 80 when you cube the class charm to gain the bonus. Just give the charm + jewel to a lower level sorc to cube.
