Not sure I'll be good enough to do it. Also how can I find out what items are worth in the trade sub-forum? For example, is an um rune worth anything? I saw so many high level runes that I'll likely never understand or find but I'm proud of myself for getting this far as a new player.
Finish second quest in Act 5 and hire Barbarian Mercenary, he will help you with that challenge. Levelup your character closer to 50 so you will be able to gamble Tier 3 Great Sword with NPC's, then use
Catalyst of Destruction from Hephasto + Any rune + mentioned Tier 3 Great Sword
to cube for Superior Tier 3 GS. Reroll that Superior T3 GS with Oil of Renewal to get near 35% Enhanced Damage and after that use Oil of Luck with it to have chance add more %ED. When ready and item got no sockets you can add sockets by cubing with any jewel or jewels up to 4 (thats max sockets for T3 GS). Now you can make Enyo runeword with Dol rune in it, simple put rune into socket if got 1 sox or enough jewels before rune depending how many sockets you made earlier. You can give to that mercenary amulet with added Mystic Orbs Damage Reduced by 6. Fill the rest of mercenary gear slots with whatever you like (like cheap Ort rw in barbarian helmet type or Ith rw in boots) and he is ready to assist you in Tran Athulua.
Runes from EL to ON are cheap (no value trading with others) and highest from that list can drop on Terror difficulty, its main use is as runewords for yourself or as your gold income by socketing them into throwing Balanced Knifes from Act 5 Malah NPC for example and reselling to NPC. That can help you manage to get gold for Mystic Orbs or Resurrecting dead Mercenary.
Great Runes, Elemental Runes (Made from Elemental Essence + Runestone)and Kabraxis Stone made with
Elemental Runes (all 6 different) + Runestone → Kabraxis' Stone rune
have good value as currency in trading with others.
