I have another one non-listed question about poison damage. How much poison damage per sec will be applied with WotS if monster got hit by 1/2 WDM skill (QoB) then got hit by 3/2 WDM skill (Batstrike) and then got hit by QoB again? Will it reset higher poison DPS from Batstrike or not?

No. An already active poison will only be overwritten by one with greater dps.

Does the same thing happen to every overriding effect? Like, if I got buffed from a Bloodlust with 100% bonus damage, then I got another buff Bloodlust with 50% bonus damage, does the effect stay at 100% bonus?

Time Strike on attack. Afaik, this is the only regular monster that does not appear ingame (only as a reanimate).
