Can the Veteran Tokens recipe be done 2 times (once for Terror "Evil Eyes" and once for Destruction "Evil Eyes", thus adding +2 to Class skills), or just once?

When I transmute 2 or more set pieces into a signet of learning it says to contain 0 units and, upon using it, doesn't add any point to invest nor it vanishes when used. Why? Does this thing happen when reached the +500 cap? I'm not sure I used that much sigs...

Yes when you have eaten 500 that happens. D2Stats can show you how much you have eaten.

guys i have a question, when i play on realm i have 120 fps , but when i go play singeplayer its limited to 25 how do i fix this ?

No one answered you but solution is very simple, create TCP/IP game with your SP character.

So when using long duration poison spells, the afflicted enemies lose the poison effect after about 15 seconds even though the listed time is over 2 minutes. I know that poison duration reduction is a thing but that much?
Am I missing something?

Poison has a leash range, if you move too far from the mob the effect disappears. Could be it?
