Haphaesto act4 en hatred

If I succeed in the Lucky Bonus recipe and my armor does get +20% ED, is that 20% bonus definitive? Or are some things (like: upgrading to next tier, the affix burn recipe, the creation of a runeword, upgrading to magical, rerolling mods etc.) able to erase it?

After the bonus is removed by any of those methods, can it be re-gained by cubing with another Oil of Luck?

yes it can be regained but the chance will still be 20% every time

The 20% chance for the luck bonus to be applied is calculated when you do the transmutation or the chance is prescribed to an item upon its creation and it's only manifested upon transmutation?

The chance is predetermined, each item has its own random seed which is used in a different calculations including cube transmutation.

He drops it on hatred and you need to be under level 50 to cube it with the three sunstones. Roll a new character, do the 3 stones then give it to your 120 char. Did you do the other challenges?
