Go to Tristram, in one of the burning building - the one to the left of Cain's cage, when you hoover the mouse inside, it will read "Butcher's Lair"

For the Amulet is it the same as making any other Unique Amulet? Rune+2 Arcane Stones+Amulet?
Also, Can necros use multiple totems? Such as Death's Fury & Howling? or is it only 1 totem at a time? If so, whats the point of multiple Howling / Death's Fury totems?

You can use as many totems as you're able to summon.
Yeah but if i summon a Death's Fury Totem (Elem Dmg) will it stack with Howling? or just convert them all to howling? I only saw the howling aura after, but then i tried Death's Fury and it stayed howling so im not sure.
I know the caster ones each do damage, but im wondering if i should pump points into multiple buff totems or not heh

If you want to build around the bonus damage from the totems, yes. There is a summoner guide from HechtHeftig that uses them in the guide section.
