I cannot even see him and suddenly I have the buff for opening DP on me...

Yeah zon is in a difficult spot atm.

Java: why use ricochet when enfilade is much better?

Bow: range has been nerfed, and then increased again. So she should be fine.

Spear: has been forgotten because of that patch that made it impossible for her to enter ubers like kahlkmgrad.

Storm: really aweful strategy. You only need to stand there and let enemies approach you. Boring gameplay. Of you keep moving and casting that magnetic field. In that case you‘re a slower farmer than many other builds because you move backwards.

Blood: has always been underplayed.

You get a temporary damage reduction of 50% I believe. It used to be avoid, so it was previously very useful. I could be wrong though.

it is just 25% DR ( changelog for patch 1.2)

besides that , it is shooting Punishers arroung you , which made it quite overpowered a few years ago when the duration could be extended to around 25 sec for the 30 sec timer (and it provided invulnerability instead of %DR) . God-Mode .

now it's just some extra flavour found on COTW and on the secret armor RW

Java : Underpowered compared to Bow
Bow : One-shotted even with maxed gear
Spear : Works. Especially Great Hunt damage is comparable to Divine Judgement except that it can't leech. Pounce is expensive to get going
Storm : Even with full set. Magnetic field barely do damage
Blood : Last time i played it, it's gimmicky. Although works
