Wat
ON: Tbh, a full list of banned skills would be better than just staying limits.
i was thinking this also as a possibility i figured for start rules this would be a good place to work from once 2017 comes out ill be able to test the rules etc a lot better.
tournaments are something i do have in mind also. they would likely just be for bragging rights to begin with, but i would be willing to do tg pay outs either from a buy in or supplied tg for the events.

That way the duel should mostly come down to actual playing skill and knowledge of the best passive skill combinations. Of course you'd repeat more than once maybe best out of 7
Ha it would be fun to see videos of some of the elite players doing something like this using average su level gear.
or maybe set up some type of tournament for a specific build/item set. I think it would be fun to see for example
bow druid vs. bow druid - only using ghost arrow
zon vs. zon - only using fire arrow or that machine gun javelin skill
xbow nec vs. xbow nec - only flame tail shot and buckshot
holydin vs holydin (no vessel attack allowed)
something to pass the time until next patch..
i do like the idea of set vs set duels tbh it would add an extra level of balance once i start doing tournaments that will be one of the type i will host but instead of class vs class it would just be set vs set clearly some sets are worse then others but player skill is also gonna vary so who knows maybe a set that sucks pvp will be epic pvp
