2. Can Terror TA / K3K drop all set items? I've farmed them quite a lot and there seems to be a bias, some sets I keep getting and some never...

i got the error saying "This domain is currently not approved for CashParking." seams like someone didn't pay for it to still be hosted

even so, i believe it can still be accessed with web archive time machine . if the old one (modsbylaz.hugelaser.com / modsbylaz.14.forumer.com ) can be accessed that way ,then so should medianxl.com

Some items are very rare, but also the game rolls "seed" for drop rate. If your seed said so, then you'll drop based on that seed.
Quitting the game and restart it will reset it


Source: my own observation. There's no way rng will drop me 5 traprat shield in one TA run
