Why is it that I see some posts saying not to go over -99% enemy (elemental) resists, and others saying they're trying to get to -199%? Is there some bug that screws up certain elemental damages once you go over -99%, or should you just get as much elemental pierce as possible?

-100% enemy resists is for regular game, -199% is for bosses who have Heroic Shield (Kabraxis, Baal, Astrogha, QT etc)
