Definitely community for the first question. We may be told "there's a new uber in A4", but apart from that, dont expect much. As for the calculator, that's also on the community.

I have a problem with your post. Unless you're one of the devs its unlikely you'd know what and what isn't in the patch notes. The skill calculator was made by suchbalance, its not updated by the community as you stated previously. If you don't know an answer to a question, don't feel inclined to answer. Spreading bad information doesn't help anyone.

Will this new patch erase all of our characters and such? I'm curious if i should start playing now or wait for a couple more days.

Yes, everything will be removed. Both in single and multiplayer. Wait a couple of days
