Does anyone know if the % movement speed bonus in boots is completely random? Or is it affected by item level?

does xx poison damage over x seconds on weapon stacks with poison damage applied by miasma and does poison damage over time from skills stacks with poison damage over time from other skills or they override each other?

Starting from ilvl 30 you can get the maximum possible bonus i.e. 40%. Velocity values has a form of normal distribution so you'd get 20% bonus quite frequently meanwhile 0% and 40% bonus is somewhat rare.

Why does using "Firedance" on the SSU lorekeeper trigger a cooldown the length of firedance on spirit walk of my barbarian ? Aren't there supposed to be no shared cooldowns ?

Thought it would be a nice buff to my merc / summons while I have nothing to do but it locks me out for the full duration so its pretty useless.

I have silks of the victor on my merc, but I'm not receiving nephlam spirit buff? is this working as intended?
