50/50 for map to spawn with Rock Wall, or a normal cave.
Look for something that looks like the Den of Evil.

I don't remember but are you sure the underground passage is always in the stone wall? I thought it also spawned elsewhere.

If Stony Field rolled as the southern or western location, stone wall won't spawn. Same goes for the Hole (the Butcher).

It is possible to make realm obly stuff work with singleplayer, its just a matter of knowing about computer^^

I've also had problems where a map doesn't have some features. Most of them seem to be in Stony Field, missing waypoint or the exit down into the mountain to get to the Dark Wood.
Not all the time, just now and again kind of bug.

XVr patch features were done directly into server patch, SP patch doesn't even know these features exist so it's not really possible to enable something that isn't there.

If you're talking about editor-generated item replicas, like Storm Blade - you might as well want to create a hacked superbeast CotW and double the fun.
