Anyone know what the BiS gear for the mercenaries are for Nightmare and below? I am having a lot of trouble keeping them alive even though they have so much more toughness and HP than me.

not sure but they should really implement a feature where you can hover over your buffs to actually see what they are and what they do, and HOW LONG THEY LAST

The demon blood aura, will it affect my minions?

ive read some contradicting information whether it does or not, the patch notes doesn't mention any change to it.
and i do not own one yet, and since they are expensive i don't want to spend that much TG to test it!

if anyone can confirm if it works or not, it would much much appreciated, thank you!


worked last season, used to work on mercs but was buggy, have seen no owner place it on their mercs this season which leads me to believe it doesn't work on mercs anymore (so you cant use goetia and a khazra merc to double efficiency), could be wrong didn't find one this season

literally same as before, doesn't break resistances / absorb, but still a highly coveted stat. regarding QTT, lots of great +4 ammies with lightning arena / other stats, or high rolled tesseracts / etc. that can outdo the prowess

join a chat or go in game, type /servers and find the server closes to you with not too many people - for example, I am in EU atm and using frankfurt server, which is like gs 53 or 56, might be both. then, type /gs # - # being the server near you, in the /servers list. I am /gs 56, it will set you to join that server regularly

adds 300% ED to the weapon damage modifier formula, its in some mechanics explained thread in the guide center, just know that it's best in slot. Scepters are Scepters / Grand Scepters / War Scepters from what i understand with no exceptions, so no pally weapons.

samael is not a realm exclusive as far as i know, but i have never got to him on SP.

depends on what merc, a2 shapeshifters are tankiest, you should probably not be needing / using a merc that early, probably just delays your progression towards 100 which should be very easy with a few runewords along the way, regardless of class

I am trying to make a Holy Pally Drakemaw Caster working. Is it possible for me to get pierce on this type of damage? If not is this build useless for T120+ content? I have pretty good gear/charms for 115 but the damage is a problem, even though Drakemaw is 50+ I think the problem is magic pierce...anyone have some advice?

drakemaw is not as good as the other spells in the holy tree, frozen breath and dragon wyrms, it won't do enough damage to compete. there isn't pierce for it for your situation, but bosses generally have less magic resistance, but the spell itself is just weak.

if you want to do charms for 120+ content as a holy caster, you should probably do dragon wyrms. my holy caster with wyrms/frozen breath firecold hybrid kills kabraxis in about 60 seconds.

All of them so I can see some options. I am stuck at The Great Wall of Baal, though some enemies are managing to 1-shot me or the merc, and there might be a bug with certain spells hitting my merc... (It insta-kills him but does nothing to me which makes no sense.)

Right now I am running Neutraladin Army-din with the Shapeshifter to give bloodlust damage bonus to my minions. He's wearing T4 uniques, namely the Ringmail with bonus to bloodlust damage. Vice Grip, Glowskull, Lion's Paw, Deathpit Stake, and Wormtongue are his others. And some rare ammy with defense, life and physical damage reduction etc.

neutraldin hits a very very hard wall in the leveling process as they changed vessel to have a steeper growth curve with exponential rewards compared to before

that means that stage you are at right now, i assume you tickle baal with your vessels and can't really do feasible damage over time to take him down before he wipes you and regens during the death timer

if i am correct on that, you need to respec for the baal or something, or get some help if you are not on single player

also keep in mind baal is an outlier, most of what's good outside of baal is not good against baal.

Soooo, nobody has been able to kill him with an Army-din solo? I wasn't really relying on vessels to kill em, though the damage is nice against trash mobs. I made a thread about my situation about a week ago, took a break from getting owned...

My plan was to have my merc tank Baal while my minions wale on em, but when Baal drops below 50% he turns super saiyan and 1-shots everything.

this whole "army-din" thing bro, it's probably not the best idea running these little peasants of yours without strong endgame item / stat buffers against this pulverizing machine known as baal

if you are doing it as a challenge for some sense of accomplishment and enjoyment, by all means tweak and test, but from what i understand, your army din is mexican and baal is the trump wall. there are other ways to hop the border
