yes , by lowering the ilevel the crafts will spawn with less affixes , but will require a lower level to equip -> more MO space

Because it's not 2017 anymore. Don't rely on old guides too much, things changed.

it's worthless as 1-pointer . even with 30 points it's still low damage . and a lagy spell .
