Snickers wrote:Is there anything to do with the abundance of crappy set items that drop after you hit 401 signets?

Can either ignore them or continue to collect signets for other characters, trading/selling, or for later endgame uses like charging Samael keys (requires 100 signets each time).

Celladoor wrote:Is there a % cap on

- Crushing Blow
- Deadly Strike
- Stun Attack(?)

There's no total cap, but there might be a cap per item/source (you'd have to check google for d2 mechanics for that one). I think D2Stats reads Deadly Strike as capping at 63% per item, but from what I know, it's a false reading. The "cap" for each stat is 100% since that's the max possible chance.

Stun attack is always effective as long as the target can actually be stunned. Most bosses can't, but most general monsters can. It's a per-monster basis.

Nipah wrote:What is the % damage of knife throw procs?

This is the proc chance for magic/rare/crafted items that fall in the category from the picture below. Some sets/SU's/RW's that have it might be different chance since they don't pull affixes from this pool.

You can continue to do K3K with populated games and get somewhat okay experience up to about 122-123, but generally most people hop into Duncraig/Triune/Teganze (your three rift options that open at clvl 120). Once you hit 125, you unlock Fauztinville and Bremmtown, which is where most people party farm and level up fast to about 138-140.

Bitech wrote:Is there a list of areas based on area levels? The doc says SSU's start dropping in 117+ but I only know Dungeons/Rifts start at level 120. Are there any area levels between 115 and 120?

I think what you see is what you get. Rifts at your clvl 120+ will be where SSU's drop. If I remember right, Act 5 Hell is like level 109-110? I could be wrong. Your game/map info in game should show area lvl below the game name/password in the top right.

I *think* they're both 1h swing (make sure you're setting it to barb class and the proper WSM for the weapon type, found in base items page). They should both be 7 frame? I don't use speedcalc, but someone mentioned it to me the other day cause I am also working on a throwbarb.

I thought they were removed with sigma, but I can't find any proof in the patch notes for it. currently waiting on confirmation from devs on this.

edit: confirmed, EC's are removed.

Does the TTAD number apply to every axe that hits the target?
it doesn't apply at all in this case . it applies only for direct melee hits .

it's been a few years since TTAD doesn't work for ranged attacks or missiles as some multihit builds would have been overpowered .

there are no breakpoints for movement speed . the more you got , the faster you move .

equipping heavy armors is slowing you down . example : the same character with leather armors on will move faster than having heavy iron armors on .

another example : an amazon using an Athula's hand shield will move faster than using a Setzschild .

morphs have the benefit of ignoring armors weight , so you can move as fast as you would be if using leather armors even if you got iron armors on as long as you keep the morph active . but this has suffered some changes in Sigma

from the changelog :

Morphs now have the same walking speed as the character, instead of being slower, and can now run

Not from the testing I've done. You can try it yourself - run out into cold plains and with the same equipment swing in the air with melee and then use RMB to quickly switch to throwing overkills. There's a significant difference. What's odd is that no matter how much IAS I add it doesn't seem get any faster than that. I've nominally hit the fastest breakpoint but the difference in melee and throwing speeds persist.

I have a suspicion that this is something that is hardcoded as I faintly remember the same difference with javazons. I'm not sure though.

How come the cooldown on Harbinger from Maleficence is affected by the teleport cooldown on Rathma charm or Jitans Gate?
Once i teleport in Duncraig etc, there is a window where I cannot cast harbinger.
