I see people selling signets on the TC. I assume they mean signets of learning. Is that correct?

When they sell 400 of them, is there a way to put them in a stack or does it take up 400 inventory slots?

the 400 is the max your character can eat extra . they can be stack up to 25 stats/signet in order to save inventory space , so with 16 signets of 25 stats each , you get the 400 extra stats .

When patch 1.1 comes, what will happen to single player? Will the new changes and implementations be updated on my already existing characters, or do I have to start all over? I'm dreading having to start all over and level 2 characters to 125 :O

To shrine craft is it just a rare scared item + shrine in the cube? If so, after you get the item you want you can then bless it with 2 arcane crystals + shrine to add modifiers? Does this process differ for rings?

Been looking for a straight forward answer, but couldn't seem to find one.

Yes, you can for armor or weapons, the blessing also. And in reality you can also pick up any (sacred) base item that you need and use Oil of renewal until it's plain white (no sockets) and have Charsi imbue it to become (sacred) rare, then use shrines to craft it. But you can't shrine craft rings, amulets or quivers.
