If the quest was "Completed" then one would assume it rewarded you the 5 attribute points and you no longer need to obtain the book.

How do you know your minion Attack Rating is enough for them to 95% hit mobs?

1. If i will have +1 to maximum minions, be able to summon 2 veil kings? when 90 lvl?
2. Plague Graps (veil king skill) how it works? Add damage or what.

1. no, it does not apply to stuff like Veil King, Void Archon etc, the "boss tier" minions

2. strong poison damage added to attack, instakills most common stuff(unless it was changed this patch)

Hi, everyone! My first post here. Doing Teganze for one weak now and have not found a single base item (need very much armor) not being superior. Is it normal on lvl 127 not to find one? Can only base items be found? Ty in advance.

I guess what you mean:

You want a White/Gray Armor as Base for Runewords?

You can always Roll any Rarity Item to a Superior Item, see Docs:

Upgrade to Non-magical Item
Upgrade any item to regular quality or a regular item to superior. This also rerolls the socket count on the item.

Low quality weapon/armor + Oil of Enhancement → reroll item as regular
Any quality weapon/armor + Oil of Renewal → reroll item as superior
