what is the % chance to drop scroll to summon Athula ?
I did run TA 7x times = 21 bosses and still not dropped...

Ctc% on attack means on successful attack or any attack I swing to enemy? If I miss due to AR, would it proc? If enemy has dodge chance and I don’t hit, do I still proc?
