(Not a big issue/bug)
Had a MO drop with an attack rating value that visibly kept changing at 8 figure sums. Dropped from a goblin, after I relogged the AR was gone.

Playing fresh character from scratch.
Got my first mercenary, possibly by buying it in act 1, or as a free reward (i dont remember), but it still was bugged by not receiving experience, later i hired another and now it works, so the bug, which was fixed in 1.3 may still exist.

UPD:
on my second character (new paladin) mercenary did level as intended.

I caught a bug in which Radament does not appear on the third level under the city near the chest..

UPD: a friend caught a bug that now, when entering a shared chest, the game freezes. (exit only through the task manager) the first time this happened after passing through the viper's den. went into the chest - normal, pressed shared chest - freezes

I also encountered the bad inventory / stash bug in singleplayer. I was checking through my items when I wanted to take off one of my weapons but it would not work. My sword just stayed where it is, I figured it has to be a bug, closed and opened inventory again until I decided to rejoin. My weapons were gone and since then my game crashes whenever I open the shared stash, sometimes personal stash. Game works when I delete shared stash file in my save files but it sucks to lose all of my items.

Also, I did not get Akara's Robe in normal after completing the Cain quest. SSF WW Barb Guide says I should have gotten it. It's not that bad but still annoying.

If this isn't a bug its a game breaking decision: Not 1 Amazon bow has dropped in the entirety of act 1 and beginning of act 2. I'm coming up on level 20 (1 bar away at level 19). I have also filtered and spent roughly an hour cycling through gambling refresh without seeing a single amazon bow.

I could see the game being like designed to say "haha F*** your build" but after a few hours of playing and an hour of gambling refresh I feel like I should have found 1 amazon bow at this point so I can actually utilize my skills while leveling. I definitely haven't experienced anything like this prior to 2.0

reflex bow is qlvl 29 now so you can't gamble it until 25

stag bow is qlvl 19 though, should be able to drop in act 2. so is short war bow

this is what "Remade the distribution of tiered and sacred items, to better take into account the attribute requirement of the gear and the story progression, compared to before" meant. act 1 use the base item for the weapon type, act 2 switch to the qlvl 19 one (often an elemental base or the best regular phys one), act 3 switch to the qlvl 29 one (best class specific one)

On 2 werewolf skills and on morph itself line "mana regeneration rate -50%" can be confusing since logically it mean slower mana drain that is true for werewolf morph but not true for Feral Excalation and Howl of the Spirits (as example -

Just FYI, a build based on Glacial Torrent as main attack (zeal-type skill) buffing with Moonstrike is disappointingly broken due to mana constraints. I added +100 mana on melee attack and mana leech on weapon, added as much regenerate mana, mana on kill, mana on strike, energy% and flat energy as I could and still, I run out of mana after just a few attacks at clvl 111. If this combo was supposed to actually work in conjunction, it does not and is utter trash. This is very unfortunate as the versatility of 2.0 seems to be broken, i.e. you can only focus on your singular tree and trying different combos does not work. This is boring, unintuitive and uninventive. I hope the devs modify this in some way, like allow have GT receive mana on attack when combined with moonbeam or something. Such a shame this build is trash because it has such potential.

Previously Identified Bug (Both Single-Player and TCP/IP Multiplayer) : Both "normal" and "shared" stashes don't work, all items deposited in either kind of stash simply vanish (disappear) between game sessions, thus limiting the character's possessions to what they have in their personal carrying area as well as in the cube. Bug completely unaddressed in patches (2.0.3) so far.

New Bug : (Wish I had retained the screen shot for this, you will just have to take it for granted) : As you know, in 2.x all items are supposed to be "pre-identified" when they drop, meaning that Deckard Cain has no job anymore. However, yesterday I encountered an item (it was a Tier 1 Plate Mail armor with 2 sockets) that dropped off a random monster in Act 2.

First Anomaly : Though it clearly had two sockets, it showed as a "White" type item (it should have been gray).

Second Anomaly : The item, though it had a list of modifiers (e.g. "Regenerate 1 life per second", "20% extra defense", etc.), had the "Unidentified" tag at the bottom of it. (Shouldn't that be "impossible" in 2.0?)

So I first tried to have Cain "Identity" it but nothing happened.

Then I figured, "OK, well this might make a nice 'Lumen Arcana' Runeword", so I put a Jewel and an Ith rune (in succession) into it, and then, presto! The item immediately changed from being "White" to becoming a "Yellow" (Rare) item and of course because of that the Runeword bonus did not apply.

This was a "throwaway" item, of course, so no biggie on the bug front... but I wonder what might happen if the drop and item routines have these kinds of issues when, for example, you're hoping for a good drop from (say) Hell Diablo or something.
