Agreed on 1 and 2 (additionally there's pala shield Lo runeword which also giving demon blood aura and saving you from wasting 2 ACs)
But on 3 i don't really.. first of all - this can be used as early minion resist pre-buff item that will save you lot of MO space on other items (and most important - lot of gold that you won't need to spent). Additionally as xbow nec you want to use smth more useful than "priestess just for vinicate" and then it comes as not bad weapon on switch that will buff you with regen and EWD just on 1-2 windowmaker casts.
Overall there're alot more trash that not used by anyone in any reason/used only for 1-2 builds rarely/used only for experimenting purposes to see (most of times) that it's garbage.

I suggest making the Trinity beam manacost higher , because this skill is too easy to play and outclass everything from spellcasters , making the mana cost higher would require more mana regen on gear and going for full energy, people atm go for half vit/energy , makes it too ez too play even in lab , so yeah if you need a lot of mana pool and regen that would make the build harder to gear for and the character less tanky , problem solved no more Beamers everywhere .

I'd love to see something changed regarding experience gain. Nothing too serious, but I noticed that I'm always at the beginning/middle of 104 when I can already do the cain quest and thus the butcher. In order to level up I sometimes even get to outer cathedral waypoint before I can start doing ubers. I think that could be smoothed out by increasing the area level of the first few areas up to Dark Wood by 1 or 2.

Needing corpse for SoV makes bloodzon literally non competitive in timed ubers.
Baal hell is super random. Sometimes you can get him with 1-2 visions and sometimes he decided to go on acid and just summon the whole the parking lot at once ( not using reanimates or summons).

If it was like 10 or more levels off, sure I would agree. I consistently hit Cain between 103-105.

This game lacks polish in more than a few places. What's wrong with me trying to help with that? I said at the beginning of the post, that it's nothing too serious, so please don't try to paint me as a whiner. ;)

1.Ethereal elemental weapon is nothing but annoying. It will be better if some advantages include.

2.Only some runewords are useful for elemental weapon builds. (Xis void, Xis siegfried, etc).

Ranger merc is too op in normal, kills everything herself.
Not only in normal. Kills hell cows in tu's.
