the bonus is there , just that the game is not showing it in the same way as it is shown on your character .
the best way to double check this is by using set parts that provide extra procs with 2 or 3 set parts equiped
that way you can create crafts which by having a low ilevel will spawn with less bonusses , making them have a lower level requirement to equip , and so more MO space . for example , you can make an abbandoned crafted belt that has level req. 40 . if all you care about is the %dexterity and flat dexterity , the extra MO space is very welcomedHyperstimulated wrote:so what does rare downlevel do? as i just used it and it did nothing but i lost my ring/ammy i was working under the presumption that it would lower the level requirement to 1.
the only difference between HC and SC is that once you are dead in HC you can delete your character (if you play online) . the offline tools have the HC resurect option (for SP) if i remember correctly .Lakai wrote:do i get any benefit from playing on hardcore?

The random witch spawn in the zone is a rng layer that forces you to reset the fight until you find no witches in the main arena I suppose? Also, why I can't walk between those ground lights? It seems that my character can't fit between, but the boss can?
Oh god you people even test those fights before rolling them out?
the rare item will have the level requirement of 1 , but the craft will have more than that , depending on how may bonuses it rolls withHyperstimulated wrote:ChuckNoRis wrote:that way you can create crafts which by having a low ilevel will spawn with less bonusses , making them have a lower level requirement to equip , and so more MO space . for example , you can make an abbandoned crafted belt that has level req. 40 . if all you care about is the %dexterity and flat dexterity , the extra MO space is very welcomedHyperstimulated wrote:so what does rare downlevel do? as i just used it and it did nothing but i lost my ring/ammy i was working under the presumption that it would lower the level requirement to 1.
so it lowers the requirement but not to 1?
