the bonus is there , just that the game is not showing it in the same way as it is shown on your character .

the best way to double check this is by using set parts that provide extra procs with 2 or 3 set parts equiped

so what does rare downlevel do? as i just used it and it did nothing but i lost my ring/ammy i was working under the presumption that it would lower the level requirement to 1.

the only difference between HC and SC is that once you are dead in HC you can delete your character (if you play online) . the offline tools have the HC resurect option (for SP) if i remember correctly .

there are no benefits from playing HC compared to SC . if you play online , you can brag that your character has made it as far as "x" place / uber / etc without getting killed . besides that , there are only downsides . you have to play more carefull , you get very few people to trade with

Is Atanna Khan supposed to run around like a fucking bitch, considering she does an almost one hit knock out pounce on you if you go too far? The random witch spawn in the zone is a rng layer that forces you to reset the fight until you find no witches in the main arena I suppose? Also, why I can't walk between those ground lights? It seems that my character can't fit between, but the boss can?

Oh god you people even test those fights before rolling them out?

so it lowers the requirement but not to 1?

To prevent getting 1hit pounce, you should consider crafting magic res(enchanted shrine) for most of your gear. MO with vit and life regen.

so it lowers the requirement but not to 1?
the rare item will have the level requirement of 1 , but the craft will have more than that , depending on how may bonuses it rolls with

an ilvl 99 craft usualy has a level requirement above 82 . a "lol craft" made from a rare base item with ilvl 1 will have a required level around 40-60 depending on the craft roll

Hi guys, I will go to the point: Act III merc uses energy factor? I'm playing Median Ultimative 1.3.2. see merc stats, but he don't show energy. It's usefull that stat: energy factor to spell damage for merc?

Bonuses

Starts with 200 energy, +20 energy per level
Unearthly Power: +250 energy factor to spell damage, +5 per level
Warp Armor: total defense +250%, +10% per level
