Well, in my possession it wouldn't be crappy, I'm sure, but if it's used on me...let's just say it is not pleasant.

2. TA is easier for a trap rat because there's no spawning monsters there. Just avoid arrowsides and you'll be fine.
3. Some mercs can shine endgame but only if you gift them with a bunch of rare SU's (like act 5 merc).
