I just notice that the edyrem has a specfic item that add to there stat, that does mean they don't benefit in minion stat upgrade? Or they still do

yeah bro they only benefit when you have a + skill to all or edryrem + to your inventory or gear

I don't know this particular skill but if you cast : %spell damage. If you swing/throw weapon : xx-xx poison damage added.

More specifically, this skill:

The damage on the character info bar has increased, but the skill description has not changed. What's more, I used d2stat to detect that the toxin damage did not increase.
So I don't know if this Mo works?
The same is true of the cold damage of a werewolf Druid. It's also true that the damage on the character info bar has increased, but the skill description has not changed. Using d2stat test, the cold damage did not increase.

The +% damage doesn't change the actual skill damage itself but is a modifier on top of it.

Spell damage doesn't affect passive elemental damage which this skill giving except for direct melee hit. Check this for more info:
