Where do u specific hunt oil of conjuration? Anyway I think shrines are random drop it's hard to say that specific shrine much drop in this area it's a lot of time of farming and exp todo. But there's a place where shrine much drop I think it's enough to farm there .

The red portals in Hell Act 5 - there's 3 above ground and 2 in ice caves.

When you are using a wildbear melee caster the poison or wildfire one does it have WICastS like WIAS or just a regular cast speed , and since it's melee does the WIAS affect its cast rate since

doesnt matter what type of damage the ability deals, you can tell by the animation, its an attack that triggers a spell so cast speed doesnt affect it.

Lol kinda confusing but make sense coz I notice when I'm casting a buff the animation"raise the dead" is fast and when I use wildfire it's a slow mo attk thought its casting so its WIAS thanks anyway
