Do minions suffer from resists penalty on hell? So should I stack more minions resist, like 200% or what?

They do - the penalty is -100%. But there is some hidden hardpoint based resistances minions get upto 75% and minions can use upto 75% from gear, so it would be 75%+75%-100%=50% as their final resistance in Hell. So in short, you need 75% minion resistance.

What is the differance between Kraken stance and Nephalem aura?

Afaik, neph aura gives ele dmg based off of strength, and kraken stance just adds ele dmg based on skill lvl (and sinergy from stance tree)

there's no easiest guide to beat spiritworld its about understanding the mechanics and good sustain (potion and etc) i feel that there's no player go there unprepared and just killed giyua w/ one try in any class. i kill him using beardruid. 2h melee necro you can but its up to your skill and uber understanding.
