DH slow is a bit different than "slow attacker". DH doesn't even require mobs to hit you to get slowed, just targeting you or Elementals is enough, but slow attacker requires a melee hit (can't remember if ranged attackers get slowed but spell casters certainly won't).

You dont rly need max block 70% is just fine , t4 demon head beats anything
