Does weapon damage spells ( disco inferno...) are affected by faster cast spell or faster attack speed?
Does vdm spells cast procs on attack /life on attack ,on melee attack, on strike, on death blow...?

I think Disco Inferno is IAS even though it uses the cast animation, but I don't know for sure.

WDM does not proc "on attack" by itself unless you're actually making a melee attack. It does work with "on striking" and "on kill". And everything can proc "on death blow".
